Another not-so-perfect run. In fact, I even trimmed this one down, because after he smacked himself in the weaves we couldn’t finish them 😂
So, why post this? Because as much as I ℓσνє posting success moments on social media, and I ℓσνє scrolling through everyone else’s highlights, sometimes it’s good to share that things aren’t always perfect.
And very, very few things s͟t͟a͟r͟t͟ perfect. PROGRESS is the only form of perfection we should strive for…because *that* is the true reality of any journey…regardless of it’s dog agility, fitness, real estate, or ANYTHING!
Embrace the struggle. Learn from failures. And celebrate small wins ❤️

Please excuse me for a moment as I humble brag on Porky Pig, because not only did she have a killer year of agility in 2021 (Westminster, podiums at National and Regional events), but she also started 2022 as the @cosequinpet New Year’s dog post ❤️
Crazy to think my little @azhumane discount Chihuahua (seriously, I got her in October which was a Chihuahua discount month) would turn out to be such an amazing dog.
With love, time, and training she transformed from fearful and naughty to confident and…less naughty 😜
Here’s to the amazing dogs in our lives 🙌

USA for WAO 2022 (Biathlon & Pentathlon) and Popeye is alternate! They both did so amazing at the US Open this year. I am very proud of them ❤️❤️❤️ Off to the Netherlands in May 2022 🎉🎉🎉

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving I thought I’d share my next project with you all…
I’m going to start tracking gratitude and achievement with a journal. Each day (starting tomorrow) I am writing 3 things I am grateful for and 3 things I was able to accomplish.
Why?
Because I have a never settle, always set new goals personality. Yes, that’s a good thing, because it leads to things like podiums with three different dogs, but it can also lead to lack of recognition. And that’s important too.
It’s important to acknowledge that my terrier went from slow starts, to speedy right from the release. And so much more.
Anyway, I hope you all have a great holiday and join me in daily thanks and acknowledgement of achievement ❤️
P.S. yes, I will occasionally share my journal with you all. Because I appreciate you supporting me and my dogs on our journey toward greatness ❤️

I know, I know…I bought 15 videos of my dogs from the US Open and I’ve only posted one 😓
Soooo, before I go into my explanation, here’s an awesome photo captured by @1tdcpet from the event 😍
Anyway…for those who didn’t already know…I went from the US Open to Universal Studios to Myrtle Beach (yes, all back to back). So I officially got home late last night. And I’ve been doing unpacking, gym, lessons, and real estate since then 😂
And, well, my internet at home still sucks 😓
Anyway, this is my quick apology post after the gym today (using their WiFi). I have my photo shoot tomorrow AM in Charlotte then the gym and I 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝓂𝒾𝓈𝑒 to post more after that!

2021 US Open Biathlon Finals SILVER
🥈Jelly Bean 8”
2021 US Open Biathlon Finals SILVER

2021 US Open Biathlon Finals BRONZE

2021 US Open Masters Series Finals SILVER
Maebee 20” earned 16th in the Speedstakes Finals out of 48 dogs (and over 200 dogs in Round 1 to earn her way into Finals)! Amazing considering it’s her FIRST National event and only her fifth ever trial (she’s still Novice in AKC 😂)
Oh, and Popeye ended up 5th overall in WAO Team standings and only .03 seconds off the win-on spot. And Jelly Bean ended up 3rd overall in WAO Team standings!
Videos still to come. But not all at once, because I got excited and maybe bought a lot 😬
