USDAA (United States Dog Agility Association) is one of the largest dog agility venues in the United States.
The venue is highly competitive, and sanctions events locally, regionally, nationally, and even sends competitors internationally to represent the United States in agility in other countries.
The Intro program was introduced by USDAA in early 2011 as a way for new agility competitors to get a feel for the USDAA venue as well as provide an option for agility competitors to train in a trial environment.
Everything you need to know about the USDAA Intro Program can be found in the USDAA rulebook on their website at USDAA.com. However, we know that the rulebook can be confusing when you’re new to agility, so we went ahead and created a fun ebook that will help you learn more about the USDAA Intro Program:
This ebook has been reviewed and approved by USDAA! We hope you benefit from all the tips and information inside!
Well written and very well done. I wish this was around when I started!
Thanks Mike! That’s our goal…to gradually provide all the things that would have been helpful in the beginning 🙂
I love it! We need to get back into agility and this is some inspiration for that!
Congrats on the new book! I can’t wait to read it – will download to my new Kindle (I’m excited to try it out!)
Congrats on the new book!
I really know nothing at all about agility, so this might be perfect for me!
Congrats on your e-book! It looks really good.I will be keeping my fingers crossed that it gets approved for you. 🙂
this looks like so much fun! I used to take my Corgis through an agility course just for fun and they really enjoyed it
How interesting. I’ve never seen an agility trial. I bet it would be very interesting to watch.
Agility looks like a lot of fun but I’ve never tried it. Good idea writing a book about it.
Great post! And congrats on the E-book. What a great idea! I have friends who do agility, and I’m sure this would have been a great resource when they started! Thanks for sharing!
We love watching agility. Kilo the Pug does beginner “baby” agility privately and loves it. Unfortunately he is not reliable off leash or with other people and dogs yet, so we have not been able to make as much progress as we’d like. Great to see this book. Congrats.
Congratulations; great stuff! I’m hoping to have a set up to dabble into agility some time soon.
Congrats on the book; agility is something I’ve always been interested in but have yet to try out myself. I absolutely love watching it – and I love seeing all the different dogs of different sizes and shapes competing these days as well.
This is great, so nice of you to share this book!
